Citizens Advice Medway is a registered charity that offers free, independent and impartial advice to the whole of Medway on a range of issues including Housing, Welfare Benefits, Employment, Debt, Family Law and many others.
As an independent charity, Citizens Advice Medway is overseen by a Trustee Board. Currently made up of 4 volunteer members, the Trustee Board sets the strategy and direction for the service and oversees our management and finance.
Trustees are responsible for ensuring that we comply with all our legal responsibilities, that we meet standards set by Citizens Advice nationally, and that our financial affairs are conducted in a proper manner.

Our Trustees have a range of backgrounds with experience in business, accountancy, customer service and research, public sector management, project management and sales. Many of them are active in other voluntary organisations, and all share a deep commitment to providing an effective and efficient advice service for the people of Medway.
