I would like to volunteer

When you reach out to Citizens Advice Medway, you’re reaching out to real people in your community. Get involved and become a volunteer. All our advisors who respond to members of the community in real-time are trained volunteers. Collectively, our volunteer corps is helping to resolve over seven million new problems each year!

What helps us provide a free service is the generosity from those in our community. As a registered charity, we welcome donations from individuals and other organisations. Financial contributions of any size, or donations of useful equipment, are appreciated and ensure we can continue providing the Medway community with this much-needed service, free of charge. 

Online self-help from Citizens Advice

On our self-help website, we include particularly helpful sections on a wide range of inquiry areas our community seeks advice on.

Money Advice Service Debt Advice Project (MAS)

Funded by the Money Advice Service (MAS), this project helps to provide money and debt advice to anyone who is in debt.

Medway Foodbank Advice Service

Funded by the Trussell Trust, this project allows us to have Advisers present when you receive a food parcel from Medway Foodbank to help pull you out of food poverty.

Pro-Bono
Solicitors

This partnership between Citizens Advice Medway and two solicitor firms allows us to provide free legal advice on civil liberties, clinical negligence, and criminal law.

Hate Crime

Citizens Advice Medway is a Hate Crime reporting centre. We can assist with reporting a hate incident and advise on the fallout.

HMCTS Form Filling Service

Citizens Advice Medway can provide support to those who cannot complete online forms for a number of different services offered by HM Courts & Tribunals Service.

Veterans' Housing Advice Project

Citizens Advice Medway can support people leaving the UK Armed Forces to find and sustain accommodation.
