The Energy Adivce Programme is a partnership between Citizens Advice Medway and the Fuel Bank Foundation offering Advice, Guidance, and Financial Support to those in or facing hardship. This one-to-one service is provided alongside general Advice and is available to those on low incomes and the vulnerable, and therefore in or at risk of Fuel poverty.

Appointments are made by visiting our offices on Third Floor, Kingsley House 37-39 Balmoral Road Gillingham, Kent ME7 4PF between 9am – 3pm. By phoning, 01634 383 760, or emailing Energy@medwayadvice.org.uk. We can also arrange to meet you within the local community at one of our several outreach locations.
